Sexuality is like a stream that flows. It runs along a spectrum and never quite stays statically at a certain point.
Each photograph in this series is inspired by individual Western paintings. The recreation of paintings from different eras gives us a déjà vu of scenes that have occurred at some point in history. It happened then, and it also happens now.
I believe the emotions portrayed resonate among us all, whether it is the struggle for self-identity or the frustration of pursuing love, regardless of our sexualities. Because each one of us, is just somewhere along the spectrum.
